    Randall Reavis is a valuable asset to this company. His experience and knowledge in handling insurance claims made the entire process stress-free. Every detail was explained upfront and honestly, and questions were answered promptly. He also handled the majority of the interactions with the insurance company which was a huge relief. All of which are refreshing but rare traits these days in the service industry. The installation crew was courteous and no mess was left behind. And, I could not be happier with the color selection. Thanks again, Randall for such an awesome job and experience with a roof installation!

    Very pleased with Adolfo. He worked diligently with Universal Property and Casualty in an effort to help me get coverage for the wind damage to no avail. Because he really tried to get the insurance company to do the right thing, I felt it was only fair to use his company. He was knowable and patient, answering all my concerns. I definitely recommend ICAS storm restorations.
