I am Cuban married to a Colombian, my husband has a very complex immigration procedure, and his procedure has been very complicated since he cannot travel to Colombia, we have used this office twice and the truth is that every time we go we get away very satisfied since the people in this office and Mrs. Edith Patiño are very respectful and fast professionals if you want a 100% guaranteed job, do not hesitate to go to this office

Excellent service they provide. People are very educated, they make one feel like in Colombia, because the truth in the consulate outside of the vigilante, the others are very despotic to attend, to all Colombians I recommend doing the procedures for sending documents from the consulate by paying at this office They send one to the house saving the time that in this country is gold. I went here from the Consulate of Colombia for three things I didn’t have: 1. photos for my ID, 2. Money order for passport for $145.00, 3. FedEx envelope to return my Passport. NOTE: They are CASH ONLY!!!

1. Don’t bother taking photos at CVS or Walgreens or any place like that because it didn’t they didn’t work at the consulate. Cost was about $20-25 for 4 photos, and you get them within 5 mins. Save your money and just go to this office.

2. Money order is required for the passport. It costs $145.00, the fee for the money order is $5.00.

3. I got this FedEx envelope to have the consulate return my passport, costs $20-25. If you live out of Florida there is an additional fee of $5.00.

In total it was around ~$200, I didn’t get a receipt so I’m not sure the exact costs of the photos and envelop.

Very professional staff, offered me expedited shipping service that was on point. Whatever I needed from the Colombian consulate, they helped me get it. I only recommend that if you have an appointment at the consulate have at least an hour between picking up your documents and the appointment.
