In my opinion, this is the best hidden gem plant nursery in all of Orlando. They offer gardening/gardeners/wealth of information/high quality plants, shrubs, trees, palms, etc with exceptional service and the best deals. Walter Coleman is a landscape architect genius with over 30+ years of experience. I highly recommend!!!

Coleman’s is a quaint nursery located very close to downtown. When I pulled up it looked like a small place but once you enter it’s much larger than expected. There were all different types of trees, bushes, plants, flowers, fruit trees, etc. a great variety of plants. Thank god I live in an apartment with a small balcony...otherwise I would have taken more than I’d need home with me. Hah. I will definitely be sending my parents to Coleman’s to get some beautiful trees for their house and spacious backyard. I went to Coleman’s on my 20 minute lunch break hoping to find some succulents (I collect and grow them) but was a little disappointed since I don’t really have room for anything other than small succulents. There were some different types of agave which were beautiful but I already had the ones they displayed (Minus the parting gift the owner graciously gave me). I will be checking back periodically just to see if they get any in the near future but I’ll probably be back with my parents to help them pick out a few plants and trees. I loved how earthy and natural the nursery seemed. I saw all different types of critters during my short stroll at Coleman’s. I saw a cat, bees, wasps, frogs, insects of all kinds, a snake, and multiple colorful butterflies. If I were you I’d check it out.. even if it’s just on a short lunch break. The owner and his employee (I think it may even be his son) we’re beyond helpful and kind. All my questions were answered and extra info and knowledge was given. Definitely try out Coleman’s! :)
We went to Coleman’s Nursery last week to purchase some citrus trees for our yard; what a great place with a fantastic staff! Beautiful trees that really looked like they are cared for, easy replant and one of them is blooming, could not be more pleased. I did spend a little more than anticipated but when they offered me a choice of more mature trees I couldn’t say no. I even left with a special pink lemonade tree that smells wonderful, leaves and blooms. They even delivered that day. I will definitely support my local nursery again, thanks Mr Coleman and crew.
