ELO Restoration

I didn't believe in this process at first. Once I sat down and talked about how this all works I was confident that I chose the best roofing company for my needs. My salesman Jeff explained everything and was easy to get in touch with when I had any questions. The insurance adjuster has even worked with ELO Restoration many times and he gave me a thumbs up when he learned that they were doing my roof. So far I have had about 3 of my neighbors come by my house and compliment my roof but also ask who I used to have it replaced. ELO Restoration will be getting a lot of business out of my neighborhood!

I'm very impressed with the amount of communication from this company. From start to finish they have kept me in the loop. The even worked everything out with my insurance company! My roof looks great and ELO is about to put a new roof on my neighbors house!

Give them a call first! I've been in contact with 3 roofing contractors and ELO is the only one that seems to want my business. ELO has been very communicative throughout the entire process which let's me know that they care about what they do. They even cared to have a mask on when they were at my home doing some interior work. Thats very important to me especially with my 89 year old mother in law living with us.

I contacted ELO Restoration after having another company inspect my roof. I decided to go with ELO, because something just wasn’t right with the other company! Boy was I glad I did! They were very professional and knowledgeable. They actually cared about making sure every step of they way I was informed and felt comfortable with the process. Having Spanish speaking employees was very important to me and my wife. I speak better English than my wife wife but she wanted to be involved in this process. They were able to answer all of our questions in a timely manor. I would gibe 6 stars if I could.
