The front desk and medical assistants and x-ray personnel were beyond excellent... Dr. Hines leaves much to be lacking. I've seem almost every doctor at Orlando Orthopaedic and I know that I'm not the easiest patient to deal with but just because someone is a cross between immature and in shock about having another injury that will possibly require surgery...something he,himself said, doesn't mean that you tell then they need an MRI but not make it STAT and make them wait for a week in pain is just wrong. The reason I went to the Orlando Orthopedic Walk in Center instead of an ER is because they advertise as having an MRI. But,the rest of the staff... From the front desk , medical assistants and x-ray personnel were beyond excellent,as I said. They brought a wheelchair and brought me in. The wait time was short. I did ask Dr. Hines for a shot of torodal and the medical assistant did an excellent job of numbing the area before giving me the shot and I didn't even feel it. I've never been numbed up before for a torodal shot, leading me to believe that Dr. Hines thought I was exaggerating the amount of pain I was in.

I had a few bad experiences with the orlando Heath care system until I came to this doctors office. The whole staff was super friendly, it really made my day. I’m sure everyone here loves coming to work every day to work with each other. 10 stars all day!!!

Dr Butkhart was extremely kind and empathic. He was very thorough with the exam. I’m very lucky to have seen him.
