Orlando Power Yoga

By far one of the best studios in North America. Yeah. I know that’s a bold statement. I’ve been to yoga works in nyc to Los Angeles. You can get a huge building and paint ohms all over it. That doesn’t mean you get it. Maybe I’m prejudice cause this was where I took my first yoga class 8 years ago. But several instructors here go so far above and beyond it’s incredible. Tyler and Alex will not just take you through your flow but they also know how to get in your head. This place is my church.

Awesome place to workout and focus on yourself and your body. Everyone is really nice and helpful.

I love OPY! I just took Ann’s class and found her verbal cues efficient and helpful. Her voice and tone are relaxing yet firm. She’s intuitive and connects with her students! I thank her for such amazing guidance!

I absolutely love Julie! Her Friday’s “happy hour” is the best class from Dr. Phillips location. Julie puts her heart into her classes and the whole practice is a journey with fun songs!
