I have been to this place more than once and I leave happy every time. I can’t say too much about the call center they use to make your appointment but the staff in the office is great. They may come off crabby upon first entering but that’s because there is a line of people outside before they open and half of them don’t listen to the instructions being given and they’re trying to get everyone’s sonograms, payments, paperwork and blood work done as quickly as possible. Once you get into the back one on one with the nurses they are all extremely nice.Yes the wait time is long but that’s because the Dr who gives you the pill and does the surgeries travels from a different location so if you make an appointment for 9 AM then be prepared for the whole process to take 4-6 hours. While you wait you are allowed to leave and get food or do whatever until they call you. I tried the pill but unfortunately it didn’t work, the earlier along you are the chances of the pill working are lower so I opted for the surgery. Everyone is different but from my experience the surgery was the best choice. I was completely knocked out and didn’t feel anything. A little groggy upon waking but other than that no other issues. Also be prepared for protesters outside. They are rude and will say ANYTHING to get you to not go in, one second they want “to help” and the next second the are calling you a bad person. Don’t listen to them! Hope this review helps others better understand how this process works :)

I received the surgical procedure at this location and I’m so glad I did. The staff was very nice and considerate about decision and explained everything they are going to do before they do it. And me as a person who gets startled easily made it 10x more comforting for me. Normally I feel uncomfortable when I go to the doctors but the way the waiting room was set up made me feel at ease.

I didn't mind the wait at all bc they take such great care of you.... Thank you for your services, had the best experience anyone could ask for, given the circumstance... The anesthesiologist was ABSOLUTELY amazing, as well as the nurses in the procedure room and in recovery.... I could not have asked for a better, supportive team... They made me feel safe and comfortable....

Extremely professional and pleasant. The staff is friendly, gentle & caring. Would recommend this place when dealing with this tough situation, they really make it easy, seamless and comforting. Clean and completely private. Way better than any other abortion clinic in Orlando Florida.

This place is a great place!! I recommend any woman to come here. The staff is kind and they are there to answer any of your questions or concerns. Doctor is amazing always making sure I’m in good health, and I appreciate it.
