My daughter took me to this place for the first time and the experience was excellent. The servers were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive and were well versed with the menu. I will definitely return. Roast beef hash and apple fritters....who knew! Grits also very creamy and delish! Pancakes as big as the plate....um yum!
I came here with my wife while my son was having a procedure done at Arnold Palmer. It was very clean and tables were spaced as expected and everyone was wearing masks. Our server was busy but very kind and attentive - we never had to ask for or wait for refills. We got the half sack of Apple fritters and they were delightful! Then we ordered the special “boss hog” breakfast sandwich with chorizo, two sausage patties, bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit served with potatoes that were perfect, chicken and waffles - real chicken with breading that had a small but tasty kick and is served with Cajun spicy syrup, and two plain buttermilk pancakes that were bigger than the almost 12 inch plate they were served on. We also got a side of grits made with heavy cream - deliciously unhealthy. We got called back to the hospital sooner than expected and the checkout process was quick and easy. The overall experience was as delightful as those Apple fritters and we will definitely try the one closer to home.
