    I needed to change a 10 speed to a 13 speed on my Freightliner. I called to ask questions and the person who answer the phone was super knowledgeable and had all the part numbers memorize. Wow! I was impressed. These people know transmission!

    GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! FAST AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES. DON (SERVICE DEPT), DAN (PTO EXPERT) AND PAUL (SALES) HAVE OVER 30 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

    The owner Doug is such a professional! He really took care of us and went above and beyond by suggesting and advising the best equipment to use for the job. This guy knows his stuff! He even threw in a few extras at no charge. We were so impressed we offered him a tip and he wouldn't take it, saying it was his pleasure. A gentleman as well as a businessman. Thank you Doug for all your hard work and passion. Anytime we're in town for a video shoot, we know who to go to! If you need anything video-related, Doug is your man!

    Doug at Pro Gear went out of his way to open the shop for a 7am pickup on a Monday morning. Professional and helpful, he offered traffic tips to help me arrive to my location early. I appreciated the extra effort even though my shoot was a small one and the rental costs barely went over $100. The rental shop was clean and well organized as was the rented equipment. I’ll definitely rent again hopefully soon and will ask about another job coming up in a month.
