Timely reinstallation of my driving adaptor. The appointment and time to do work were on time. Work was first-rate quality.
These people were an oasis in the desert after a very bad experience with Mobility Works. This is a family-owned business with awesome talented people. Very nice job of installing a power lift in my minivan. You just can't see where they had to cut a little piece of the trim to fit the lift mechanism. Plus they are friendly and ready to help and accommodating to your needs. God bless them!
They were such a great help with my broken lift. They came out and helped us , very knowledgeable and professional , but still friendly. So glad we found them. Thanks!
Fast service, are very friendly and have knowledge of the products and help customers with any doubt that they might have about the service or the product. It's a company that help customers with varies disabilities with the installation of ramps/lifters, the hand controls and any related service to their vehicles
All though I haven't been there in a while...haven't needed to but do now. I have always had good service and Shannon and David have been great! I first needed their help around 2003-04 and have been there to have different issues worked on more than a handful of times over the course of 5 years.
The only problem(if you want to call it that) is if you have an emergency, it can take up to a week to get an appointment, which to me sounds like they are plenty busy.
I've never seen anything `shady` and have been there numerous times nearly all day. In fact, there has been an instance or two where they have been very helpful diagnosing an issue and didn't charge.
They are the only place I have used for over a decade!
